Frequently asked questions

Learn how the newsletter, membership, property tools, and state-specific resources work.

What is Owner Alliance?

Owner Alliance provides educational resources, state updates, property-specific tools, and practical communication support for condo and HOA owners.

Is the newsletter free?

Yes. You can subscribe to available state newsletters without becoming a paid member, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What does a paid membership include?

Membership can include property-specific onboarding, document-based questions, and lawyer-reviewed communication templates. Available capabilities depend on the documents and sources available for your property and state.

Does Owner Alliance provide legal advice?

No. Owner Alliance is not a law firm. Its information and tools are educational and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

Why does Owner Alliance ask for my property address?

Your address helps identify the relevant community, governing documents, jurisdiction, and state resources so that updates and member tools can be more useful.

What happens when community documents are missing?

Coverage varies by community and public source. Members may be able to identify missing materials and upload documents they already have so those materials can be organized and used as context.

Which states are available?

Florida is currently available. Additional states are planned, and visitors can request that Owner Alliance launch in their state.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership renewal can be canceled before the next renewal date, subject to the applicable membership terms.
